Summer Culinary Package
We
wrote in our final 2006 edition of The Innsider that we
were creating culinary packages to offer to our guests. Our first
class
has now been planned & is based on the numerous requests that
we get from you for recipes for our breakfast desserts. We hope you'll
find
it interesting!

Come
to the Mountain Rose Inn for a culinary adventure in dessert preparation.
Your package begins on Sunday evening with a wine
reception followed by dinner in our cozy dining room. After a peaceful
night’s rest in one of our queen rooms, enjoy a four-course breakfast
before beginning the cooking class entitled “Five Fabulous Desserts
in Fifteen Minutes”.

will learn how to use simple ingredients to prepare desserts that look
like works of arts without spending hours
in your kitchen. Following the class, a delicious lunch will be served.
Spend the afternoon with our professional desserts decorator learning
how to “Decorate and Garnish Your Fabulous Desserts.” Part
of the afternoon class will include basic cake decorating techniques.
On Monday evening, a Sweet Dreams Dessert Buffet will be served in the
Inn’s parlor. Wake up to another delicious Mountain Rose Inn breakfast
and spend Tuesday morning relaxing on one of our porches before heading
home. This package costs $420 single occupancy or $640 double occupancy
with two class participants.
Upgrade to one of our king rooms for an additional $30. Taxes and gratuities
are not included. This package is available July 8-9, 15-16, & 22-23.
